EPA Extends Public Comment Period on LNG Project

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) extended the public comment period regarding its proposal to issue a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for the proposed Cabrillo Deepwater Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Port. The EPA is inviting public comments on proposed modifications to the draft permit, which can be viewed online by selecting the link below.
