Telecommunications
Through the Community TV program, the City of Malibu maintains Channel 3 as a Governmental access channel to bring the most current community information to local cable subscribers. Cablecasts include live City Council and Planning Commission meetings, as well as taped coverage of community events. In addition to the operation, production, programming and promotion of the Governmental access channel, the Community TV staff also provides support for in-house video needs of City departments and administrative support to the Telecommunications Commission.
