Malibu Public Financing Corporation
The Malibu Public Financing Corporation is organized to provide assistance to the City of Malibu and other public agencies in the State of California of which the City is a member or is otherwise engaged in financing, refinancing, acquiring, constructing and rehabilitating facilities, land and equipment, for the use, benefit and enjoyment of the public.
