City Manager
The City Manager is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the City Council. The City Manager is responsible for the efficient administration of City resources and City operations in accordance with Council policy. The City Manager provides overall planning, supervision, direction and control of all City programs and services. Department staff provide administrative support to the Mobilehome Park Rent Stabilization Commission and the Public Safety Commission.
