Planning Commission
"The Planning Commission and its members shall have the powers and duties and perform the functions as provided for in this Code and under the provisions of the State Planning and Zoning Law as it now exists and as it may hereafter be amended, except that the Planning Commission shall not have jurisdiction to prepare, review or revise the General Plan or Local Coastal Plan." Malibu Municipal Code, Title 2, Chapter 2.36 The Planning Commission meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Malibu City Hall, 23815 Stuart Ranch Road.
