Operating Permit Program for Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems (OWTS)

Malibu Municipal Code (M.M.C.) Section 15.14, addedby the City Council on March 10, 2008 through adoption of Ordinance 321, established a program requiring operating permits and Point of Sale inspections for onsite wastewater treatment systems (OWTS), commonly known as septic systems.

The forms below are to be utilized by registered inspectors, as well as provide constituent overview information.
